The aim is to build and maintain relationships by providing high quality products and services that deliver. The emphasis is providing meaningful research, and relevant products and services that are needed, and wanted. We will help individuals and organisations to clarify what they may need.

Research

Feasibility studies, social research, small discreet pieces of research and investigation on ideas, opportunities and innovation, as well as larger qualitative research that can provide focus, guidance, and higher-level direction.

Strategy 

Strategy and business plan development, formulation and review. Services include the facilitation of development process, and the creation of performance targets and action plans. 

Policy

Advice, development and review of policy and procedures.

Mediation

Organisational mediation services include employment and organisational dispute resolution and specialised FDR resolution.

 

Evaluation

Impact assessments and evaulation of projects and programmes. Services also include the design of performance management frameworks.

Management

Short term organisational management and operational support within community organisations.

 

Projects

Taking stategic thinking to the next level with project and programme management using PRINCE II methodology. Services include the project design and implementation. 

Engagement

Design, management and evaulation of consultation and engagement. A wide range of consultation and engagement strategies can be employed - surveys and questionnaires, focus groups, key informant interviews and observations.
